Loved it! It was as described, clean, well thought out, cosy. All you need is there including well equipped kitchen. Close to city centre. Owner is responsive when messaged. My partner felt the bed was uncomfortable (but I felt it was comfortable). The TV didn’t work for us (we just wanted some music on). The hairdryer nearly set on fire (melted the plastic, lots of smoke). Thankfully there was another hairdryer that I hadn’t noticed. I messaged the owner who apologised and advised me to throw it. None of this (apart from my partner’s sleep) made a significant impact on our stay. We really loved it.

Great central location opposite the bus stop to Santas village. Well equipped apartment. Had issue with the hairdryer but one message and a new one was delivered in a matter of hours. Easy check in.

Vicinissima al centro e ai principali punti di ritrovo per le varie experience. La casa è piccolina ma accogliente, ha tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. Letto molto comodo. La doccia può esser l’unica cosa leggermente scomoda poiché non ha il piattodoccia, ma non ci ha dato alcun tipo di problema.

It was warm, and very quiet also. Perfect to sleep peacefully. We also had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. What a lovely place The location was also perfect. We could walk to the restaurants and markets.

Perfect location, easy to reach anything in Rovaniemi...we really enjoyed our stay. It was warm when we arrived and we really appreciated it, as it was minus 20 outside. Warmly to recommend,!

Uns hat durchweg ALLES gefallen. Wir können uns über gar nichts beschweren. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Alles Nötige ist fußläufig zu erreichen und die Bushaltestelle vom Airport Express ist direkt vor der Haustür. Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht, war super sauber und total gemütlich. Am ersten Abend hatten wir sogar das Glück, ein paar leichte Polarlichter und Lichtsäulen vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Joni, der Vermieter, ist ein wirklicher super Host. Nachdem wir vor ein paar Wochen Streaming TV angefragt hatten, hat er es zu unserer Überraschung tatsächlich eingerichtet. Außerdem hat er für uns Schlitten bereitgestellt. Wenn ich Fragen hatte, hatte er immer gute Tipps und war mega freundlich. Alles sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Lediglich ein paar Schlüsselboxen sind dazu gekommen. Er hat aber alles genauestens beschrieben, sodass auch der Check in unkompliziert und reibungslos geklappt hat. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die tolle Zeit in Rovaniemi. Mietet dieses Apartment-Ihr könnt nichts falsch machen!!! Dass wir wieder nach Hause mussten.

La ubicación, estaba a menos de 5 minutos del centro. Cubría perfectamente las necesidades para una familia de turistas. la limpieza bien, había de todo en la casa, solo hubo que comprar comida. el check in demasiado tarde.
